Management Team
At the core of our company is our seasoned team of professionals. Our
collective knowledge of the postal service, information technologies,
printing, distribution, and marketing support the company’s ability to
deliver solid and proven solutions to our customers.
Over
the last fifteen years, Brian has worked with many of the world’s
largest commercial printers, distributors and mail owners in a variety
of capacities. Representing the United States Chamber of Commerce on
the USPS Postmaster General’s Mailer’s Technical Advisory Committee
(MTAC), Brian focuses on process improvement, as well as streamlining
data and handling other customer-related issues. He’s been instrumental
in the development of a number of Postal/Industry efforts including
PostalOne, Confirm, Intelligent Barcode, and IDEAlliance’s Mail.dat
specifications. Brian has a Bachelor of Science in Industrial
Technologies from University of Wisconsin-Stout. He and his family live
in Sun Prairie, WI.
Cindy
is responsible for the company’s operations and serves as an expert on
postal programs, regulations and changes. Cindy works on behalf of her
customers to ensure that they are mailing in the most efficient and
cost-effective way. She has a thorough knowledge of the complete
mailing supply chain, having worked in both the manufacturing and
publishing environments. Prior to TEC Mailing Solutions, Cindy was the
Mailing Services Manager for Perry-Judd’s Inc.-Strasburg Division. She
was also the Senior Postal Affairs Manager for US News and World
Report. Cindy holds a BS in Business Administration from Elizabethtown
College and has additional coursework from George Mason University.
Bob
has 24 years of experience in sales and marketing across numerous
industries. His responsibilities include overseeing new business
development and marketing efforts for TEC Mailing Solutions. Prior to
joining TEC Mailing Solutions, Bob held sales and leadership positions
with DHL Global Mail, The John Roberts Company and most notably,
Quad/Graphics, where he opened a regional sales office in Minneapolis
and in less than 10 years grew it to be a sales team of eight with
$175MM in annual sales. Bob is a University of Wisconsin-Madison
graduate and lives in Madison, WI with his wife and three children.
Noel
has 21 plus years experience in the mailing and related technologies
industries. He is responsible for the company’s day-to-day operating
activities in Effingham, IL. Prior to joining TEC Mailing Solutions,
Noel was the owner of Effingham Mailing Technologies. He worked with
QuebecorWorld’s Mail List Services Department in Effingham, IL for 19
years, where he managed the operations for the last 12 years. As a
prelude to his mailing career, he spent four years working in
information technologies at Eastern Illinois University. Noel attended
the University of Illinois and LakeLand College. He lives with his wife
and two of his daughters in Strasburg, Illinois.
Debbie has 21 years of experience in the mailing industry. Her
responsibilities include acting as a liaison between customers,
vendors, manufacturing plants, sales and production departments
ensuring that accurate job requirements are being met, coordinating research and testing initiatives for new clients
and managing internal programs for staff. Prior to joining
TEC Mailing Solutions, Debbie was instrumental in the startup of
Effingham Mailing Technologies. Before that, she worked for
QuebercorWorld Mail List Services Department for 18 years in
the role of Processing Technician, Customer Service Representative
and Assistant Manager. As a prelude to her mailing career, Debbie
worked for 11 years for a major oil company in Effingham, IL managing
the Accounts Payable department. Debbie and her family live
in the Effingham, IL area.
Carol
attended Madison Area Technical College with an emphasis on accounting
and Human Resources. Prior to joining TEC Mailing Solutions, Carol
spent 20 years as the Controller and Human Resources Manager for
Roundhouse Marketing, a promotional agency located in Verona,
Wisconsin. The Agency grew from 6 employees with billings of $1.5
million to over 40 employees with billings of $10 million in her time
with the company. Prior to her career with Roundhouse, she lived in
Denver, Colorado and was the Accounting Manager for a supplier of
welding and atmospheric gas with 17 branches located in six western
states. Carol’s current responsibilities include invoicing clients,
processing payments, and other accounting functions.
Adam is responsible for ensuring the
availability, continuity, and security of data and information
technology services for TEC Mailing Solutions. He is also involved with
the development and implementation of new systems and services. Adam
has spent the last five years working in a programmer and analyst role for a variety of companies including
Sentry Insurance in Stevens Point, WI. Adam is a Microsoft
Certified Solution Developer and also has a CompTIA Linux+ certification.
He is a graduate of University of Wisconsin-Madison with a Bachelor of
Science in Computer Science and currently lives in Madison, WI.
