December 2009 – TEC Mailing Solutions moves its production web, database, and application servers to a new datacenter in Madison, WI. The new location gives TEC virtually unlimited bandwidth for its customers to utilize TEC's online tools. The SAS70 compliant facility enhances TEC's ongoing commitment to improving security and system reliability. The new location expands our current environment to support more rapid growth in the use of TECArcadia™ and TECAgora™ and other web-based interfaces.

August 2009 – TEC Mailing Solutions launches TECArcadia™ and TECAgora™ products to its client base. TECArcadia™ provides a standardized platform for print customer service representatives to communicate list processing instructions to internal and TEC production personnel. The same interface allows the upload of customer data and the download of job critical reporting. TECAgora™ is the web-based list processing interface supporting the complex setup and initiation of list process functions. Both products provide users a common dashboard interface identifying live job status information. This centralized managed data environment improves productivity, provides more services, and reduces costs and errors associated with other methods of processing lists.

May 2009 – TEC Mailing Solutions launches "10 for $100" campaign! June 21, 2008 – To accommodate our growing business, TEC Mailing Solutions has relocated its corporate headquarters to 804 Liberty Blvd., Suite 201, Sun Prairie, WI 53590.

We are now located in a brand new building with a state-of-the-art security system for our high-tech infrastructure needs and additional office space for our growing number of employees.  If you wish to contact us, please note our phone and fax numbers remain the same.  Only our office location has changed.

December 14, 2007 – TEC Mailing Solutions, LLC acquires Effingham Mailing Technologies, LLC of Effingham, IL. After a brief period of a collaborative partnership, TEC Mailing Solutions acquired the assets of the Illinois Company. The complete staff of six previous QuebecorWorld list processing employees will remain with the company. Noel Manhart, Effingham Mailing Technologies owner will remain as VP, Production with TEC Mailing Solutions.
